Felix was wonderful. I was surprised how young he was. He was very professional. Answered all my questions. He took out my old Heater. Installed and renewed my connections to code. 1-800 Heather's made everything very smooth. I appreciates how fast the call was handled. I had a hot water heater installed same day. My family and I were grateful to gave hot water as fast as we did. Would definitely recommend 1-800 Heather's.

Delivered excellence in the labor they provided, Tech answered any questions I had and installed my water heater with ease, took him a total of 1.5hrs to remove my old tank install the new one and remove the old tank from my house, he made sure to test the water heater thoroughly. I definitely recommend 1800 Heaters they deliver excellent service and in a very quick manner I put my quote in through Lowe’s at 6am, they confirmed my installation at 8am and they showed up at 12pm and out the door at 1:30pm couldn’t ask for better service.

1800HEATERS were extremely flexible - when they noticed the space where the water heater was to be installed, they found an alternative quickly, and installed the necessary and legally required alterations. While 4 hours were allocated, the entire installation took less than 2 hours, including signing the paperwork. The new water heater is fantastic! Michael and Michael were amazing! I was extremely pleased with 1800Heaters. I called around 8 am and by 1 pm my new gas hot water heater was installed (even though I originally purchased a heater too large for the area and it had to be returned). The delivery man and installer were extremely courteous. My original hot water heater was installed very sloppy by another company. The hookup looked terrible. Peter, the installer, straightened out the other company’s poor workmanship. I couldn’t be more happy with how it looks. I would highly recommend 1800Heaters and Peter. They deserve 10 stars, not five.
